We don't allow silicone under the array, all broken tiles under the solar system must be replaced with solid tiles.

A little explanation: A lot of installation companies don't require many or if any spare tiles as they silicone the broken tiles together under your solar array so you cannot see them. This method looks neat visually but it is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.

Back story: My neighbour had his solar system done, after 5 years his ceiling fell in after a heavy downpour as the installation company has siliconed the broken tiles under the panels without his knowledge, eventually it eroded and started leaking in a very bad way.

We raise eroded or broken trusses with you immediately so they can be repaired while all our safety equipment is still on the roof.
