Solar and Battery Installs

Every Deposit is taken electronically through Stripe, so it can be easily refunded to you as the customer, up to 5 days before the installation. We typically have our parts and equipment shipped in, so that takes 5 days prior to installation, therefore we have a window of opportunity to fully refund the customer before the 5 days prior, hassle free.

Taking the funds electronically through Stripe gives both parties a third party that can make sure the refund takes place without dispute.

We understand this is different to how other solar companies work, as they have gatekeepers take and keep your money. Having to please them to get any money back if they allow it at all.

We believe in having mechanisms in place to allow a trusting relationship with our customers.
