Installation Support

When we install a Solar or Battery we provide maintenance for the first 5 years included. This includes reconnecting the wifi dongle to the internet, support for software and hardware failure at no charge to you.

• Sundays Emergency calls only such as Roof Leaks or No Power.

Solar and Battery Support

When you purchase Solar or Batteries directly though Pro Tradie (not our retailer chain) we include 5 years of maintenance and servicing of the equipment so you keep your warranty and we catch any issues before they develop.

Warranty

We offer a full 5 years workmanship warranty with labour included for our direct customers. This means if the device we supplied fails due to installation practices or manufacturer error and within its warranty period, without being maliciously abused by the situation or user, we will come out and replace it for free (subject to manufacturer terms and conditions).
