The first 5 years of maintenance are fully included with every installation, so you can rest assured there are no more expenses to maintain your asset.

Didn't buy your system from us? That's okay we have a maintenance program that you can pay monthly or annually, so you can also have the same support and commitment.

All our installations come with the following benefits

• Leak Proof Guarantee

  Fully sealed roof after installation, we supply 10 replacement roof tiles, with 5 years leak free guarantee (excludes Terracotta roof tops).
  If it leaks we make it right without charge, (upon confirming it originated from our installation practices under the solar panels).

• Gutter Vacuum

  We clear your gutters after installation with an industrial gutter vacuum, so any pieces of grinded off tiles and debris generated from the installation are collected, keeping your gutter free from blockages.

• 5 Years Workmanship Warranty

  We have a workmanship warranty of 5 years, if a fault has occured within this time due to our installation practices we rectify the issue with no costs to you.

• Product Replacement, 5 Years Labour included

  If a product breaks or fails within 5 years of installation, we simply replace it, no out of pocket expenses for replacement parts or installation labour.

• After Hours Support

  We have an AI after hours agent that will guide you through an urgent situation where you might be left without power from a failure of the system.

• 5 years Maintenance

  We visit your installation every 2 years to maintain the system, make any fixes and reconnect to wifi if needed. This includes a full wash of the panels and a battery health check.

• Highly Qualified Staff

  With an in house installation crew and technical staff with 24+ years experience, we train and maintain a very capable and competent staff with all the CEC and SAA Certifications, including Battery and solar qualifications combined with a Master Electrician mindset to bring you the best we have to offer on a technical level.

• Thunder Storm Protection

  lightening storms and over voltage power fluctuations can destroy your new power equipment in a flash. We install a surge arrestor in each of our installations so you have peace of mind it will be protected from network spikes.
  If the inverter completely fails, all our systems come with a changeover switch to get the power back on with a flick of a switch.

• Qualified Designers

  We leveredge our solar design training and years of experience installing solar and battery systems to give you the best advantage possible for year round solar production and storage. Carefully designing for the winter months to optimise your solar output is our key priority

• Competitive Pricing

  We have refined our process and introduced mechanical equipment to help to be more productive and safe in the workplace. This includes an all electric policy for company vehicles, meaning we can spend our valuable time and money on your installation and slash operating costs, passing the savings on to you.
  

• Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
