Why is gutter cleaning so important?
Fire preparedness - Clearing your gutters gives you a fighting chance against fire embers in the air igniting anything that is combustible in their path. As the weather becomes more severe, preparedness is your best chance of survival.
Property Insurance - Your insurance might choose not to pay out if you get a leak in your roof if you can't prove you have maintained your roof in good condition. Having a gutter cleaner report any roof issues that may need repairs to you is important.
Water Leaks - Prevent water building up in your gutters from blocked drains, which may then spill into your home, wetting timber and plaster that may eventually turn into mould.
Excessive dirt build-up - This causes water to settle in your gutters, preventing it from draining, promotes rust in your gutters, and shortening their useful life expectancy.
