Installation Support

When we install a Solar or Battery through our trusted Retailer channels, we offer support within the first 12 months, for no extra charge.

Phone Support Hours

• Monday to Saturday 7am to 4pm

• Sundays Emergency calls only such as Roof Leaks or No Power.

SMS Support

• 24 hours Support from TED available

• Technical support until 7pm Daily by availability

For After hours support and cheaper installation pricing become a Pro Tradie Member and save. As a bonus to your ongoing commitment, we clean your solar system, clean AC filters for free when you are subscribed for a continuous (unbroken) 12 month period.

Solar and Battery Support

When you purchase Solar or Batteries directly though Pro Tradie (not our retailer chain) we include 5 years of maintenance and servicing of the equipment so you keep your warranty and we catch any issues before they develop.

Warranty

We offer a full 5 years workmanship warranty with labour included for our direct customers. This means if the device we supplied fails due to installation practices or manufacturer error and within its warranty period, without being maliciously abused by the situation or user, we will come out and replace it for free (subject to manufacturer terms and conditions).

Maintenance Works

For our maintenance services simply select a date and pay the service fee, if we fail to arrive on the day we offer a choice of refund or a new appointment / booking, no questions asked.
